About me.
A blend of professionalism and revolution
Vision
I dream of a world where every person has entrepreneurial spirit and is able to unfold it with the right tools. Whether with the German brand “Strategiemacherei” or internationally as LaStrategista, I want to inspire people to understand entrepreneurship as a learnable craft – regardless of industry, size, origin or privilege.
True handicraft thrives on creativity, positive energy and perseverance. But above all, it thrives on not stubbornly adhering to conventions, but also on trying new things and maintaining openness. In other words, really turning something revolutionary upside down and doing it!
LaStrategista is wild, unconventional, adventurous and courageous – for more revolution in entrepreneurship.
My Story
You can learn anything.
My life has taken me down some unusual paths: from voluntary service in Argentina to studying Latin American Studies to a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on product and service management, which I completed with distinction – despite all the sceptics. In the course of all, I learned that the only thing standing in my way is myself. With enough hard work and motivation, you can learn anything!
Since then, I have worked in a wide variety of industries, including technology, robotics, FMCG and events, in roles ranging from sales & service to business development. I was particularly influenced by the establishment and successful scaling of a tech start-up until its integration into a group of companies. I love taking on new challenges, putting ideas into motion and continuing to grow in the process. What sets me apart is that I approach problems in an unconventional way and am able to make abstract connections.
When things get bumpy, I get on my bike – and my Australian Shepherd, as my work-life balance manager, makes sure that I stay energised and happy or simply take a break.
